For many years we attended various craft shows and agricultural events around the country where we met many varied and interesting people who subsequently became loyal Carpet Bag customers. This last 18 months we have found it difficult to get out on the road and also oversee our restoration and renovation project whilst still running the business and apologize to our loyal clientele who have missed us at the shows.
Having had a break from the shows we have had a good rethink and would prefer a more relaxed and intimate setting to meet old and new customers who have a preference for a feely, touchy and see experience, and from our point of view show to a more targeted and appreciative audience rather than spend time at what has become a rather hit and miss affair at many shows. With this in mind we would be happy to find venues around the country where we could host our own two day type event and invite our customers. We would greatly appreciate feedback on this and if there are venues near you such as a country or town hotel that you think would suit then we would love to hear from you!
We have almost completed the business move to our new home in South Norfolk but as yet have not yet set up a showroom facility but we will let you know when we have. Thanks to all those who have been patient and understanding through this transitional time for Carpet bags. We hope to see you all again soon.
